Return to Rest
Rest is not something we earn after we've done enough.
I'm Luna, and I travel with one simple reminder:
You were never meant to bloom in every season.
The moon doesn't apologize for waxing and waning. The tides don't rush to reach the shore. Night arrives without asking permission, inviting the world to slow down and restore.
You are part of nature, too.
If you're feeling tired, perhaps your body isn't failing you. Perhaps it's speaking to you.
May I remind you that rest is not a reward for doing enough.
It is one of the ways we remember who we are.
Let's pause together.
