Remember. Reclaim. Return.
I don't believe most of us have forgotten how to thrive. I believe we've been taught to forget.
There is a quiet story that many of us have inherited.
We live in a world that is constantly asking us to look outside ourselves for answers. It tells us our worth is something to earn, our bodies are projects to improve, our rest is something to justify, our productivity determines our value, and our belonging depends on how well we perform.
Over time, those messages become so familiar that they begin to sound like our own thoughts.
But they aren't.
Beneath the expectations, the urgency, and the endless striving, there is another voice.
It is quieter.
Gentler.
Steadier.
It remembers.
Soulution Spaces was born from the belief that we don't need another system to perfect ourselves. We need places and practices that help us remember who we've always been.
This work is deeply rooted in the philosophy of Liberati Wellness.
For years, I've worked alongside people recovering from eating disorders, navigating healthcare systems, rebuilding trust with their bodies, and reclaiming parts of themselves that shame, oppression, trauma, and disconnection tried to take away. Again and again, I witnessed the same truth:
The goal wasn't becoming someone new.
It was remembering.
Remembering that our bodies are worthy of care.
Remembering that joy is not frivolous.
Remembering that rest is not weakness.
Remembering that community is part of our survival.
Remembering that our humanity cannot be measured by our productivity.
That remembering is an act of reclamation.
Every time we choose to listen instead of ignore our needs...
Every time we nourish ourselves without apology...
Every time we rest without guilt...
Every time we move because it feels joyful rather than obligatory...
Every time we choose connection over isolation...
We reclaim a little more of ourselves from the stories that taught us we were never enough.
That is why Soulution Spaces exists.
Not to help people escape the world, but to help them remain connected to themselves while living within it.
The retreats, gatherings, journal reflections, movement experiences, and everyday practices we offer are simply invitations.
Invitations to remember.
Invitations to reclaim.
Invitations to return.
Because the world will continue asking us to forget.
So we endeavor to remember who we are and that there is intrinsic value, worth in our sheer existence.
We endeavor to reclaim those birthright practices that allow us to feel and heal.
We endeavor to return to the perfectly imperfect home that is ourself.
Not because life becomes easier.
Not because we escape the realities of injustice, oppression, or hardship.
But because we can practice returning to ourselves—even while living within systems that often pull us away from who we are.
Our hope is that, together, we can practice remembering.
Again and again.
Welcome.
We're so glad you're here.
