Nourish: More Than What's on Your Plate

When we hear the word nourishment, many of us immediately think about food.

But nourishment has always been bigger than that.

A meaningful conversation can nourish us. So can laughter, music, fresh air, creativity, sunshine, or a quiet moment with a good book. Nourishment is anything that helps us feel more alive and more connected to ourselves.

The question isn't, "What should I be doing?"

The question is:

What would genuinely nourish me today?

Maybe the answer is a meal shared with someone you love.

Maybe it's five minutes outside.

Maybe it's permission to say no.

Nourishment isn't something we earn.

It's something we deserve.
